End of the week....almost

For some reason I kept thinking today was Friday. But halfway through the day I realised it was only Thursday. I am certainly ready for the week to end. Between a sick child, overly hyper dogs, an extremely over-tired me, it has just not been the best of times around here. Not to mention I have spent another week awaiting the much anticipated letter from my specialist in Denver. All he has to do is write up a quick note saying he is sending me off to Walter Reed hospital in DC for the treatment I need for my bone marrow/immunology problems, who the doctor is, and some contact phone numbers. Fairly simple, yet he keeps forgetting after I have reminded him several times via voicemail, phone conversations and even my last appointment three weeks ago. I know people are busy, but without this letter we cannot turn in the paperwork to the Air Force so they can get us moved out of here. At this point we could be on the road to DC right now. I think I have been patient enough, now I am simply aggravated. But I am sure most of you have figured that out by now, right??
